Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received in an unusable condition

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. The refund may take 5โ€“7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund based on product availability.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
