At Pickle Sensation, our Minapa Vadiyalu are handcrafted using a time-tested recipe of urad dal (minapappu), green chilies, cumin,nuvvulu, ghasa ghasalu, Saggubiyyam, karivepaku and rock salt. The batter is fermented, shaped, and sun-dried on clean cloths – just like how our grandmothers made them on hot summer days. No machines, no preservatives – only patience, sunlight, and love.

Deep-fry them in hot oil until golden and puffed, and serve them with hot rice, dal, or curd rice – or enjoy them as a crunchy snack anytime.
